Some testimonials from our clients:
"You were very easy to work with, listened well to the type of home we were interested in, and were very
were very communicative. Taken together, those three qualities made the experience stress-free and simple for us. We would definitely recommend you."
"My wife and I had a great experience working with Sam and Brian when buying our first house. They always provided good advice and information when asked but were never too pushy. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and I reccomend them to you as well."
Brian was born in the Bronx and grew up on eastern Long Island, N.Y.. After four years in the Navy, he married his wife Andrea and they moved to Manhattan, where he founded and operated several businesses, including Arrest-A-Pest, a residential and commercial building pest extermination company based in Greenwich Village.
Brian and his wife Andrea spent winters in Manhattan and summers in the Hamptons on their 50' motoryacht Windigo II. They also had homes on Peconic Bay and Long Island Sound, the latter of which they watched fall into the sound during hurricane Gloria.
He went on to do home construction on eastern Long Island and ended up buying a schoolhouse built in 1861, which they lovingly turned into a fabulous home while maintaining the original schoolhouse charm. 15 years ago, his vision brought them to Seattle where Brian started SeattleHome.com, one of the very first web-based real estate companies in the U.S..
Andrea and Brian live here in Seattle and enjoy the many clients turned friends they have met through SeattleHome.com.

Sam is a Puget Sound native who grew up working on his father's residental construction and remodeling projects. He spent much of his time living and working on family properties on the waterfront - a fishing resort on the Strait of Juan de Fuca, a lakehouse on the Olympic peninsula and a home on the banks of the Snake River.
After studying at USC's business school, Sam started his professional real estate career as a mortgage loan officer, real estate agent, and technical consultant for several mortgage banking and real estate companies in Southern California. He moved back to Seattle to join Brian and SeattleHome.com as a Real Estate Broker and Director of Marketing. Sam, his wife Liz, and daughter Anna live in a never-ending project Craftsman house in the Wallingford neighborhood of North Seattle.
Sam works with buyers and sellers all over King and Snohomish counties, as well as managing the marketing and web development of SeattleHome.com.
